Step One

    The first step is to cut a section of ready to solder perf-board as shown. Remember that when the components are installed, they do not go on top of the solder side. They are only shown here that way for clarity. The rows and columns are lettered and numbered so that they can be referenced during the construction of the device.

Step Two

    The first components to be soldered in is the IC socket and a wire jumper that goes from F1 to H1
